Comparison
The closest thing to us on this list. Both give you AI teammates that do real work rather than answer questions. The differences are where they live, how they are priced, and what happens to credits you did not spend.
Tenfold is a team of AI employees you hire by role. They work in a console built for managing them, and reach you in Slack, Telegram and Discord, each with its own mailbox.
Lindy is an AI teammate that lives in Slack. You bring it into threads and mentions, it runs scheduled routines, and it ships with 40+ built-in skills plus meeting recording and inbox management.
Rows say what each product does rather than who wins, because the interesting differences here are not yes-or-no answers.
| Tenfold | Lindy | |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | $99, $299 or $799 a month for the company, whatever the headcount. | $29.99, $99.99 or $199.99 per user per month, with the credits pooled across the team. |
| What happens as the team grows | Nothing. The bill is set by how much work runs at once. | The bill multiplies by seat. Ten people on their middle tier is roughly $1,000 a month. |
| Credits you did not spend | Top-ups never expire. Buy 2,000 credits and they are there next quarter. | Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. |
| Where you work with it | Its own console with an inbox, documents, CRM, meetings and a social desk, plus Slack, Telegram and Discord. | Slack, in threads and mentions. |
| Its own email address | Every employee gets a real mailbox that sends and receives. | It manages inboxes you connect, up to five, rather than having one of its own. |
| What arrives already taught | 73 skills, covering methods rather than one channel: building an offer, positioning, discovery, retention, team structure. | 40+ built-in skills, plus your own. |
| Integrations | Over 1,300 tools, connected by you and revocable at any time. | Thousands, by their own count, plus MCP. |
| Meeting recording | Upload a recording and get a transcript, decisions and owners. We do not sit in the call. | Built in: recording, notes and scheduling. |
| Regulated work | Not offered. No HIPAA, no signed BAA. | HIPAA and a signed BAA on their Enterprise tier. |
| Audit logs | Not a self-serve feature yet. | On their Enterprise tier. |
Lindy prices per user. That is the right shape for a product whose unit is a person with an assistant, and at $29.99 for the entry tier it is a genuinely low bar to get started, lower than ours.
It changes character as you grow. Ten people on their middle tier is around $1,000 a month, and the credits are pooled anyway, so a team of ten where three people actually delegate is paying for seven seats that mostly watch.
We charge per company because the thing being bought is capacity. Whether two people or twenty are handing work to your employees does not change how much work gets done, so it does not change the bill.
But honestly. For one or two people, Lindy at $29.99 a seat is cheaper than our $99, and that is the whole of the argument at that size.
This is a small difference that gets big. Lindy resets credits monthly with no rollover. Ours are included in the plan, and top-ups you buy never expire.
It matters because real work is lumpy. You have a quiet fortnight and then a launch. Under a resetting pool the quiet fortnight is money you spent and did not get, and the launch is when you hit the ceiling. Under ours, the quiet fortnight banks against the launch.
Neither is unfair. Resetting monthly is simpler to reason about and easier to price. It just suits steady usage, and most small companies are not steady.
But honestly. If your usage genuinely is steady month to month, this difference is worth nothing to you and you should ignore it.
1,000 credits, no card. Give an employee the task you have been putting off and judge it on what comes back.
Or read the 7-day challenge first.
