What is a specialist?
A specialist is a named AI agent, powered by Claude or other leading models, deployed to a dedicated container in our cloud and tuned to a job. You direct it via chat in plain language, and it works autonomously on tasks like research, outreach, writing, and ops. It's not staff you manage. It's you, multiplied.
What is the 7-Day Tenfold Challenge?
It's our challenge: put tenfold on your real work for seven days. Day 0 we capture a baseline of what eats your week. By Day 7 your specialists go from answering questions to running whole jobs: doing your real work, working while you sleep, and learning reusable skills that keep paying off. Complete the challenge and if you don't feel the value, cancel and we refund your subscription in full; everything your tenfold made is yours to keep. The one thing we can't refund is the AI compute you used, since that's real money we spend running your work. You keep every result it produced.
How long does it take to get a specialist working?
Usually 1–2 minutes. Pick a template, give it a name and tone, point it at the work, and we provision a dedicated container in the cloud. The page updates automatically when your specialist is live and working.
How does credit-based billing work?
Your monthly plan includes a credit allowance (e.g. 500 credits on Starter). 1 credit covers roughly $0.01 of LLM spend. As your specialists use AI models, credits are deducted automatically. Credits roll over and never expire. You can top up at any time from your billing page.
What work can a specialist handle?
It depends on the template. A Research specialist summarizes documents, pulls data, and writes briefs. An Outreach specialist handles prospecting, follow-ups, and replies. A Writing specialist drafts content in your voice. An Ops specialist manages scheduling and correspondence. More templates are added regularly.
Can I pause or shut down a specialist?
Yes. From the dashboard you can deprovision any specialist. Deprovisioning tears down the cloud container and stops billing for it. You can also top up credits to resume a paused specialist whose balance ran out.
Which AI models power the specialists?
Claude is the default model. It offers the best balance of capability and cost. Model selection is configurable per template. All LLM calls route through our LiteLLM proxy, which enforces your credit budget and provides detailed usage logs.
