Tenfold ("Tenfold," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform where you build and direct AI "employees" to perform work on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website at hiretenfold.com and to the Tenfold service. By using Tenfold, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and the details you provide when you register and manage your account.
• Content and data you submit to direct your AI employees, including instructions, documents, messages, and other material processed to perform the tasks you request.
• Usage and device data such as log files, IP address, browser and device information, pages and features used, and timestamps.
• Payment information which is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Data from integrations that you choose to connect, such as email or CRM systems, which we access on your behalf to perform tasks.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Perform the tasks you request through your AI employees.

4. AI Processing and Subprocessors

To perform the tasks you request, the content and data you submit may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI model providers acting as our subprocessors, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and OpenRouter. We engage these providers under agreements that restrict the use of your data to providing services to us and that prohibit using your data to train their general-purpose models, except as permitted by those agreements. Tenfold does not sell your data. We maintain a list of subprocessors and update it as our service evolves.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described in this Policy, including:

• With service providers and subprocessors who help us operate the Service, including AI model providers and hosting and analytics providers.
• With our payment processor to process subscription and usage-based charges.
• With third-party integrations that you authorize, in order to perform the tasks you request.
• When required to comply with the law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Tenfold, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below, subject to limitations where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the security of any third-party services you connect.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
